Krista is a dedicated and community-driven professional with deep roots in The Pas, Manitoba, and has always enjoyed sports. Whether playing, coaching, watching her own children, or being in the cheering section, Krista feels that sport builds a sense of pride and brings communities together. She is passionate about youth development and the positive role of sport in youths’ lives. She loves to see the joy it brings to both the players on the ice, and fans from all over Northern Manitoba.
Having raised a family and now with grown children she has both the time and enthusiasm to invest in creating a positive, structured, and welcoming environment for young athletes. She is skilled at matching billet families with players to ensure positive experiences. She understands the importance of community involvement and strives to build strong relationships between players, billet families, and the broader local fanbase. Her role within the organization reflects a strong commitment to fostering a supportive, professional, and exciting atmosphere both on and off the ice.

Marcia Novo was born and raised in The Pas, Manitoba. After earning her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and returning to her community, she completed a Bachelor of Education degree and an Art Therapy diploma. With over 14 years of experience in the Kelsey School Division as a teacher, guidance counsellor, and principal, Marcia is dedicated to promoting the mental health and well-being of youth.
In her new role with the Northern Manitoba Blizzard, Marcia is excited to support the team’s health and wellness. As both a hockey mom to three boys and a billet mom, she understands the importance of player well-being on and off the ice. Her focus is on creating an environment where players can thrive mentally, emotionally, and physically.

Jerome Conaty
Communications
Jerome started working with the original Blizzard ownership helping with their communications team; and then came back on board as the team moved to the RH, with a focus on assisting with online & digital framework, fundraising through team merchandise, & advising.
Deeply rooted in the community and an advocate for Northern Manitoba, he works in business development with a Winnipeg-based tech incubator, and runs a number of businesses.
He's extremely passionate about community-building and the strong impact sports has on our youth; particularly hockey, assisting with different on and off-ice roles within The Pas Minor Hockey Association and co-managing the U15 Northstars for two seasons.

Bonnie was Born in The Pas, Manitoba where she has lived her entire life and has been married to Rob White, originally from Churchill, co-owner of the Blizzard Club, for over 30 years.
Bonnie is an avid volunteer with many organizations in the community, currently dedicating time to the Clearwater Lake Outdoor Club and Clearwater Lake Cottage Owners Association.
Bonnie has worked with MTS, Northern Health Region, The Pas Arts Council, Twin Motors and she owned and operated a training organization company Whitecaps Skills Training for 10 years.
At this time Bonnie dedicates her work time, along with Rob, to their family farm and the Northern Manitoba Blizzard Junior A Hockey Club.
Bonnie's interests outside of work include curling, cross country skiing, biking and lots of walks with their pups, Pearl and Ruby.
