In a much anticipated fundraiser the Blizzard are hosting a Steak, Spud & Comedy show at the Metis Hall in The Pas, Manitoba on Saturday November 20th. Headlining the comedy show will be Conway Kootenay aka “Smude Pan” in a highly anticipated show!
Tickets are $60 each or you can book a table of 8 for $450, the evening will include a dinner, comedy show, silent auction, 50/50, social, and music by Derek Dick.
“When you think of it, everyone can use a really good belly laugh during these times!!” stated head coach and general manager Billy Keane.
Tickets are set to go on sale Monday September 13th at the Blizzard main office at the GLMC at 5PM. “Because of the huge response from this announcement we made, we are highly suggesting that people come on the 13th to buy your tickets. I wouldn’t doubt that we sell out on this on that day” states organizer Shawna Hrappstead.
The comedy night event is a 18+ event hosted by the Blizzard hockey club and therefore all participants must be fully vaccinated.
